Kelly’s Reiki Business Terms and Conditions

  1. IntroductionWelcome to Kelly’s Reiki LLC. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kelly’s Reiki LLC’s services.
  2. Services OfferedWe provide Reiki healing sessions, workshops, and related products. The scope of services will be agreed upon prior to each session.
  3. Appointments and Cancellations
  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made at least [48] hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
  • All bookings are final. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will adhere strictly to the scheduled time to respect your calendar
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept credit cards, cash app, and After pay. Please note credit card transactions will be assessed a 2.6% credit card processing fee, surcharges only apply to credit card transactions. Card surcharges will only be assessed for in-person transactions on the Square Point of Sale, Square Restaurant POS, Square Retail POS, Square Appointments apps, and Square Invoices (web only). Surcharges only apply to credit card transactions. ACH, debit card transactions, tips, offline payments, and split tender payments can’t have surcharges applied.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services or for cancellations within 24 hours.
  1. Liability Disclaimer
  • Reiki is a complementary healing practice and is not a substitute for medical treatment.
  • We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
  • Clients are responsible for consulting with their healthcare providers regarding any medical issues.

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
  • Information collected during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via www.kellysreiki.com
